SUMMARY:SDJRFB - Flag Pictures
DESCRIPTION:The league requires ALL teams to take pictures so that coach and sponsor appreciation gifts can be provided.  No purchase is necessary.\nPictures will be taken at the SDJRFB building located next to the outdoor tackle fields.\nWe will have a table set up at the garage door of the SDJRFB building. \nMake sure to check out our Facebook page for any short notice cancellations (typically due to weather)!  If league games are cancelled\, pictures will also be cancelled. \nCOVID-19 Related: \n\nA number of changes have been made to our picture day process to promote social distancing.  Some of these changes are highlighted below:\n\nEach athlete is photographed individually.  One of the images captured will be used to build a team composite.  This prevents the whole team from gathering during the team photo.\n\nParents will be able to choose from a variety of backgrounds for their individual photos.  A team photo will be designed with a specific background.\n\n\nPhotos will be taken at the SDJRFB facility\nThere will be no staff helping with posing\, so make sure your athlete’s hair and uniform are ready at the time of pictures.\n\nPlacing orders\n\nAll orders will be placed online from our website.  No paper order forms will be available.\nAn email will be sent out to the parent who registered the athlete.  Simply follow the link in the email to place your order.  You can forward this email to other parents\, grandparents\, etc.\n\nYou can also order directly from our website.\n\n\n\nWith COVID\, we have implemented an entirely new system.  We have moved to a ‘View First’ model.  As such\, we photograph all of the athletes and composite a team image.  Once the artwork for the team image is complete\, we will send out an email/text to the parent who registered the athlete with a direct link to view the photos and order at that time.\n\n\nA few of the benefits to this model is that parents can view the images before buying.  It also allows us to shoot multiple poses\, which will allow parents to choose from multiple poses for the print packages.  Parents will also have the ability to choose the type of background – traditional or graphic.\n\n\n\nAll orders are mailed directly to your home.\n\n\nHand sanitizer will be available for the athletes to use during pictures.\n\n\n\nParents: \n\n\n\nYou can find your team’s registered time slot below.\nPunctuality is important.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to answer any questions and prepare your child.\n\n\n\n\nMake sure the athlete is dressed in their uniform prior to arrival.\nIf you would like a buddy image (player/parent; player/sibling; player/player)\, it must be taken at the time of pictures.  We can not combine individual images to create a buddy image.\n\nPlacing orders\n\nAll orders will be placed online from our website.  No paper order forms will be available.\nAn email will be sent out to the parent who registered the athlete.  Simply follow the link in the email to place your order.  You can forward this email to other parents\, grandparents\, etc.\n\nYou can also order directly from our website.\n\n\n\nWith COVID\, we have implemented an entirely new system.  We have moved to a ‘View First’ model.  As such\, we photograph all of the athletes and composite a team image.  Once the artwork for the team image is complete\, we will send out an email/text to the parent who registered the athlete with a direct link to view the photos and order at that time.\n\n\nA few of the benefits to this model is that parents can view the images before buying.  It also allows us to shoot multiple poses\, which will allow parents to choose from multiple poses for the print packages.  Parents will also have the ability to choose the type of background – traditional or graphic.\n\n\n\nAll orders are mailed directly to your home.\n\n\nAll orders will be mailed directly to your home.\n\nCoaches & Team Managers: \n\nCoach and sponsor gifts\n\nThe head coach receives a complimentary coach appreciation plaque.\nAdditionally\, two complimentary assistant coach appreciation prints are provided.\nA sponsor appreciation plaque is also provided.\nThe league hands all of these out to the coaches towards the end of the season.\n\n\n\nWe look forward to seeing you soon!
