DESCRIPTION:PARENTS: \n\nYou can find your team’s registered time slot below.\nIf your athlete can’t attend their scheduled time\, we can work you in between teams.  If that doesn’t work\, we have set aside time on Monday\, April 21st.  We will be in the equipment room at the McHardy Soccer Complex.  You can come between 4:30 – 4:45 or 7:45 – 8:00.\nPlease make sure to bring your bat\, glove\, ball and any other equipment that can be used for pictures.\nPunctuality is important.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to answer any questions and prepare your athlete.\nEach athlete is photographed individually.  One of the images captured will be used to build a team composite.\nThere will be no staff to assist with posing\, so make sure your athlete’s hair and uniform are ready at the time of pictures.\nIf you would like a buddy image (player/parent; player/sibling; player/player)\, it must be taken at the time of pictures.  We can not combine individual images to create a buddy image.\nMake sure to check out our Facebook page for any short notice cancellations (typically due to weather)!  If league games are cancelled\, pictures will also be cancelled.\n\nPLACING ORDERS: \n\nWe utilize a ‘view first’\, online ordering system.  No paper order forms will be available.\nOnce your athlete’s pictures have been taken and uploaded\, you will receive an email with thumbnail images and a link to order.  Simply follow the link in the email to place your order.  You can forward this email to other parents\, grandparents\, etc.  The team photo will not be available to view at this time but it can be ordered.\nOnce all of the player’s and coaches on the athlete’s team have been captured (including make-up days)\, we will begin working on the team artwork.  This could take up to 5 business days after the last make-up day.\nOnce the team artwork is complete\, an additional email will be sent out to the parent who registered the athlete.\nYou can also order directly from our website – DefineWhoYouAre.com.\nWe utilize a ‘View First’ model. A few of the benefits to this model is that parents can view the images before buying.  It also allows us to shoot multiple poses\, which gives parents more choices for the print packages.\nParents will be able to choose from a variety of backgrounds for their individual photos.  A team photo will be designed with a specific background for that particular sport.\nAll orders are mailed directly to your home.\nCOACHES & TEAM MANAGERS\n\nTwo complimentary coach appreciation prints are provided to each team.\n\n\n\nCOACHES: \n\nWe will have banner designs\, styles and options all available to choose during your schedule slot for pictures.\n\n  \nPICTURE SCHEDULE \nSaturday - April 13thSaturday - April 13th \n \n\n\n\n\nPicture Time\nTeam 1\n\n\n\n\n11:30\n9U – Van Voorst\n\n\n12:00\n11U – Skibstead\n\n\n12:30\n14U – Mueller\n\n\n1:00\n16U – Bergan\n\n\n1:30\n9U – McClure\n\n\n2:00\n12U – Plumbtree\n\n\n2:30\n12U – Reese\n\n\n3:00\n10U – Halling\n\n\n3:30\n14U – Belben\n\n\n4:00\n12U – Christensen\n\n\n\n
