DESCRIPTION:PARENTS: \n\nThe coach will register your team for a dedicated time slot.  Please review the schedule below to see your scheduled time.  If you don’t see your team on the schedule\, the coach hasn’t requested a time slot.\nIf your athlete can’t attend their scheduled time\, we can work you in between teams on one of the other days.\nPunctuality is important.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to answer any questions and prepare your athlete.\nMake sure your athlete is in full uniform with exception to cleats/shoes.  Their feet won’t show in the images\, so have them wear comfortable shoes.\nPlease bring along their bat and glove for their picture.\nEach athlete is photographed individually.  One of the images captured will be used to build a team composite.\nThere will be no staff to assist with posing\, so make sure your athlete’s hair and uniform are ready at the time of pictures.\nIf you would like a buddy image (player/parent; player/sibling; player/player)\, it must be taken at the time of pictures.  We can not combine individual images to create a buddy image.\nMake sure to check out our Facebook page for any short notice cancellations (typically due to weather)!  If league games are cancelled\, pictures will also be cancelled.\n\nPLACING ORDERS: \n\nWe utilize a ‘view first’\, online ordering system.  No paper order forms will be available.\nOnce all of the player’s and coaches on the athlete’s team have been captured (including make-up days)\, we will begin working on the team artwork.  This could take up to 5 business days.\nOnce the team artwork is complete\, an email will be sent out to the parent who registered the athlete.  Simply follow the link in the email to place your order.  You can forward this email to other parents\, grandparents\, etc.\nYou can also order directly from our website – DefineWhoYouAre.com.\nWe utilize a ‘View First’ model. A few of the benefits to this model is that parents can view the images before buying.  It also allows us to shoot multiple poses\, which gives parents more choices for the print packages.\nParents will be able to choose from a variety of backgrounds for their individual photos.  A team photo will be designed with a specific background for that particular sport.\nAll orders are mailed directly to your home.\n\nCOACHES & TEAM MANAGERS \nCOACH AND SPONSOR GIFTS: \n\nTwo complimentary coach appreciation prints are provided to each team.\nThe league hands all of these out to the coaches towards the end of the season.\n\nSCHEDULING: \n\nPlease view the schedule below to signup your team for pictures.\nTime slots are assigned on a first come\, first serve basis.\nThe 2nd team time slot is available on a limited basis – overflow only.\nAfter selecting your time slot\, please complete the ‘Request Your Team Session’ below.\nOnce we received your request\, we will respond to confirm the time and add it to the schedule\nYou may need to clean out your internet cache to view the most recent schedule\n\nRequest Your Team Session: \n\n\n  \n\n\n\n League Name (required)\n \n \n League Assigned Team Name (required)\n \n \n League Assigned Division/Age (ie: 6U Coach Pitch) (required)\n \n \n Requested Date (required)\n \n \n Requested Time (required)\n \n \n Coordinator or Coach Name (required)\n \n \n Coordinator or Coach Email (required)\n \n \n Additional Details\n \n \n\n Δ\n ×\n\n\n\n  \nPICTURE SCHEDULE\nMonday -
