SUMMARY:Brandon Valley Baseball Association (Rec League) - 2022 Picture Day
DESCRIPTION:REC LEAGUE PICTURES: \n\nThis week of pictures is dedicated to the rec league teams and players only.  A dedicated day for the travel teams will be offered towards the end of May.\n\nOnce the final details have been confirmed\, a separate picture day for the travel teams will be setup.\nIf players play on both\, we will be taking pictures of just the rec team.\n\n\n\nLOCATION: \n\nTurf 37\n\n616 E Willow St\, Suite A\nBrandon\, SD 57005\n\n\n\nCOVID-19 Related: \n\nA number of changes have been made to our picture day process since the COVID  pandemic.  Some of these changes are highlighted below:\n\nEach athlete will have a photo taken for their individual and team image.  The image for the team photo will be be used to composite a team image.  This prevents the whole team from gathering during the team photo.\n\nParents will be able to choose from a variety of backgrounds for their individual photos.  A team photo will be designed with a specific background.\n\n\nPhotos will be taken at Turf 37.  The address is above and on the side.\n\nOne team will be photographed at a time to maintain safe social distancing.\nMake sure to bring any items you want to use for your photo – bat\, glove\, and/or ball.\nThere will be no staff helping with posing\, so make sure your athlete’s hair and uniform are ready when they line up for pictures.\n\n\n\nPlacing orders\n\nWith COVID\, we have implemented an entirely new system.  We have moved to a view first model.  So we will take the players pictures first and composite a team image.  Then we will send out an email/text to all of the parents with a direct link to view the photos and order at that time.  A few of the benefits to this model is that parents can view before buying.  It also allows us to shoot multiple poses\, which will allow parents to choose from multiple poses for the print packages.  Parents will also have the ability to choose the type of background – baseball related\, graphic design\, etc…\nAll orders will be placed online after picture day.  Parents will receive an email once the team image is complete.  No paper order forms will be available.\n\n\n\n\n\nParents: \n\nPunctuality is important.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to answer any questions and prepare your child.\nIf you would like a buddy image (player/parent;
