Exciting New Product – Digital Images plus a family timeline

We have partnered with Capture Life to be able to offer you a whole new experience with digital images.

Here are some of the cool features:

• You can access your images from any device and easily share images on social media, invite private groups to the album, and even create your own private photo sharing events.  This means you can keep grandpa and grandma in Florida or Arizaona up to speed with their grandchildren’s activities.
• All future images are delivered to the same account
• A timeline is created of all of your family’s images that are captured by Define over the years

We are offering 2 different types of digital images.

• A ‘digital wallet’ is exactly as it sounds.  It replaces the traditional printed wallet that grandpa kept in his wallet – you are just keeping that wallet in your phone, computer, etc.  You can also share this file on any social media platform such as Facebook.  It is not meant to be printed.
• A ‘digital file’ is the full sized image we captured at Picture Day.  This image can be used for all of the things discussed with the digital wallet; however, it can also be used to print additional prints.

Picture Day Location:

• Dates:
  • May 19 (Saturday) from 10:00am – 3:00pm
  • May 22 (Tuesday) from 5:00pm – 8:30pm
  • If time slots all fill up, more time slots will be added
•  Location:
  • SEFSA Building (Champions Training Center)
    • 1404 North C Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104

Parents:

• Team and individual pictures will be taken on picture day
• The coaches received the order envelopes at the coaches meeting. We will also have some available on picture day.
• Punctuality is important. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to answer any questions and prepare your child.
• Turnaround time will be about 2 weeks. The team’s orders will be delivered to SEFSA, who will then disburse them to the coaches.

Coaches or Team Manager:

• Coaches receive a complimentary team appreciation print.
• Don’t forget to bring the filled out team envelope (outside envelope) with you on picture day.
• Turnaround time on pictures will be about 2 weeks. The coach or team manager can pick up the team’s orders from SEFSA.
• Please view the schedule below to signup your team for pictures.
  • Times slots are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
  • After selecting a date and time, please email me and include the information below. We will respond to confirm the time.
    • Team name (ie: Dragonflies)
    • Division (ie:  U10)
    • Coach name (ie: Jefferis)
    • Desired date (ie: May 18)
    • Desired time (ie: 1:00pm)
