Players, Coaches and Parents:
We are very excited to be involved with the inaugural year of the Big Sioux Youth Volleyball league. Picture Day has been scheduled for Saturday, October 13, at Endeavor Elementary (2401 W 95th St, Sioux Falls).
Parents:
- Team and individual pictures will be taken on picture day
- Pictures will be at Endeavor Elementary. The address is listed above.
- Coaches picked up order forms at the coaches meeting. We will also have some available on picture day.
- Punctuality is important. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to answer any questions and prepare your child.
- Turnaround time will be 2 weeks. The coach or team manager can pick up the team’s orders at the concession stand of the respective gym you play at that day.
Coaches or Team Manager:
- Coaches receive a complimentary team appreciation print.
- Don’t forget to bring the filled out team envelope (outside envelope) with you on picture day.

- Times slots are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
- After selecting a date and time, please email me and include the information below. We will respond to confirm the time.

This is Meyer 5th grade VB, did you get my message about pictures on the13th at 12:15…it looks as though someone took our spot.
We’ve got you marked down. We set up the schedule to be able to take 2 teams every 15 minutes. Once pictures start, it only takes about 5-7 minutes per team. So instead of having a ton of 5 or 10 minute time slots, I just mark down 2 teams every 15 minutes. It’s easier for everyone. Don’t worry, we’ll get you out on time. See ya Saturday!
